"The Miracle on Elliott Road: Domino's Chapel Hill, NC" I am positively overwhelmed with Shon and his team at Dominos of Chapel on Elliott Road. Shon has exceeded the extra mile in regards to his exemplary customer service and community involvement. Hence, he and his team's individual and collective efforts to make my son's US Navy send off celebration an utmost success, positively exceeds the charts. 🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇 Hence, I would like to render the highest accolades to Sean and the Chapel Hill Dominos- Elliott Road team in lieu of transcending the extra mile. In layman's terms, they exemplify authentic humanitarian and community in practice versus in theory. Hats off to Shon and his fellow colleagues. Their teamwork made the dream work. 🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🪷🙏 Thank you, Shon. You and the Domino's team made Máximo's US Navy Send off celebration an absolute smash. We are eternally grateful. 🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🌞🪷🤗😁🎉🥳

It's tough if you've spent any time in New York or the North end of Boston. You know what really good pizza is like. Domino's is not really good pizza. I tried their New York crust for the first time today, and it's not a New York crust. That said, it's definitely edible, and was piping hot. It is funny that they're large is about the sizes of everyone else's medium face it's going to go in here but that's subjective. I've been in North Carolina for 2 years now and still have not found that great New York style pizza.

We had a really bad experience with Dominos last year and I left a review of 1 out of 5 stars. I see that review has “disappeared”. Weird. Anyway, we did order yesterday 4/20/2026 and it was a great bargain: Medium one topping pizza for $4.20 (I added onions). At pickup around 11:15am there was only one person working and he was slammed. We felt bad for the guy, not sure if he was the manager but the order was correct, the pizza was fresh and hot and the price was great! So we thank you! I hope corporate will give this store more hours to have at least two people working at all times! Thanks again and keep up the good work ~ Forgot to take a picture. :D Darn it, this review was supposed to be for the Carrboro store on Main Street. Feel free to delete. I’ll copy it over there.

The store on Elliot road, I believe store 5507z The staff was really friendly and it was nice and clean. The cleanest one I’ve ever been to honestly. He was in the store by himself and he had a driver but they did great with the service being that he was making everything himself. Also this is the first time in a while my pizza was made EXACTLY how I asked. Thank you

i usually don’t leave bad reviews. it’s my first time doing one in years. i used this dominos because they force me to do so when i do delivery. so many issues tonight. it’s monday. not a hopping friday or holiday. i work retail i know how retail works i tried calling the store 6 times never heard back. if anyone wants evidence i took pics. they said my pizza would be 45-1 hour. it was almost two hours later. even after i put directions in my driver still went to the wrong house !!! and my friend even after i made sure of what i ordered they didn’t even include the steak on the philly steak pizza i spent close to 40 dollars with a tip and this is what i got. our pizza wasn’t even hot…. i have never been this angry about food before. i will be contacting corporate and then demanding a refund. there was no excuse for this.
